The JAECOO J7 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) has set a remarkable benchmark in fuel efficiency and range, breaking records with an impressive 1,427.5 km on a single tank and charge during a journey from Singapore to Hatyai, Thailand. The long-distance drive, which passed through Malaysia, saw all five vehicles exceed the 1,200 km WLTP range.

The JAECOO J7 PHEV features a cutting-edge Super Hybrid System, composed of a fifth-generation 1.5TGDI dedicated hybrid engine, a continuously variable hybrid transmission, and a high-performance battery pack. This advanced system allows for seamless integration of power and efficiency, delivering both impressive torque and fuel savings.
Notably, the JAECOO J7 PHEV is the only vehicle in its class to feature DC fast charging, capable of boosting the battery charge from 30% to 80% in just 20 minutes at 40 kW. In addition to this, the vehicle also offers an AC charger and a slow charging option, providing maximum flexibility for users on the go.
