Kuala Lumpur, 24 February 2025 – Emeritus, the world’s leading EdTech company as recognized by TIME, has joined forces with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to empower professionals in the communications industry. This collaboration aims to boost competitiveness, efficiency, and self-regulation while fostering digital leadership through the All-Star Leadership Development Programme. After the successful completion of Cohort 1 in Phase 2, new batches for 2025 are underway, continuing to provide crucial skill-building for 51 industry professionals.
The All-Star Leadership Programme is a national initiative focused on developing digital leadership capabilities. It has already engaged over 200 tactical leaders from MCMC, guiding them through key digital mindset development and leadership traits based on MCMC’s Leadership Development Framework.

Phase 2 of the programme, led by Emeritus, is designed to enhance participants’ ability to execute digital strategies effectively. This four-month course helps leaders refine their strategic capabilities to navigate challenges during digital transformations.

In addition, the programme includes leadership coaching from International Coaching Federation-certified professionals and access to valuable resources like the books Leadership by Algorithm by David De Cremer and Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek.
