Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 24 March 2025 – The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) is excited to announce its participation in the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), scheduled for 5-10 November 2025 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China. As part of this event, ACCCIM will be establishing the ACCCIM Pavilion (Malaysia) to provide Malaysian businesses with a unique platform to showcase their products, explore international trade opportunities, and expand their global market reach.
Supported by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia (MITI) and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia, ACCCIM has been an active participant in the CIIE for seven consecutive years. Over this period, more than 100 Malaysian companies have benefited from this prestigious global event, successfully promoting Malaysian products and services to an international audience.
The ACCCIM Pavilion (Malaysia) will feature 50 booths in the Food & Agricultural Products area, with a focus on showcasing the diversity and quality of Malaysian goods. The range of exhibits includes:
- Dairy Products
- Fruits, Vegetables, and Agricultural Products
- Crop Seed Industry
- Alcohol, Coffee, Tea, and Beverages
- Meat, Aquatic Products, and Frozen Foods
- Snack Foods, Sweets, and Condiments
- Comprehensive Food and more
Details of the CIIE:
- Date: 5-10 November 2025
- Venue: National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), China
- Booth Fee: RM20,000 per standard booth
- Eligible Companies: Can claim Market Development Grant (MDG)
ACCCIM is now accepting registrations from Malaysian businesses interested in participating in this prestigious expo. Interested companies are kindly requested to submit a completed registration form along with a full payment receipt for the booth fees to the ACCCIM Secretariat by 15th April 2025.
Other Exhibition Areas at CIIE: In addition to the Food & Agricultural Products area, CIIE features a range of specialized exhibition areas. ACCCIM can refer interested companies to these areas, though booth allocation will be determined by the event organiser. The booth fees for other exhibition areas are RM16,000 per standard booth. ACCCIM will carefully review all applications, and any rejected applications will receive a refund of the booth fees.
