Up to RM100,000 in Funding for Malaysia’s Purpose-Driven Businesses
Kuala Lumpur, April 22 – Yayasan Hasanah, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance (MoF), today announced the launch of the Hasanah Social Enterprise Fund 2025 (HSEF2025), a catalytic funding programme designed to empower social enterprises across Malaysia. Now in its fourth year, the initiative offers up to RM100,000 in grants for eligible enterprises creating measurable social or environmental impact.
HSEF2025 invites proposals under the Seeding Path category, prioritising sectors such as Sustainable Agriculture (Food Security), Mental Health / Aged Care, Circular Economy, Arts & Heritage, Ecotourism, Social Mobility, and Education.
“Today, businesses are not just economic engines—they are platforms for change. Social enterprises are hiring and upskilling marginalised communities, innovating for sustainability, and embedding purpose into their models. At Yayasan Hasanah, we are proud to support this new wave of mission-driven entrepreneurs,” said Siti Kamariah Ahmad Subki, Trustee and Managing Director of Yayasan Hasanah.
