These premium mid-sized scooters arrive with an expanded list of standard features, offering modern riders a seamless blend of performance, style, and practicality.
Expanding the Urban Mobility Segment

Powerful Performance and Advanced Riding Dynamics
The New BMW C 400 X and the New BMW C 400 GT are powered by a robust single-cylinder engine, delivering 25 kW (34 hp) at 7,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 35 Nm at 5,750 rpm. Paired with a continuously variable CVT transmission and a high-rigidity swing arm, these scooters ensure smooth and responsive performance, making them ideal for both urban commuting and long-distance touring.
Standard safety features include BMW Motorrad ABS Pro, which enhances braking stability even at a lean angle. The Dynamic Brake Control (DBC) function, linked to the ABS Pro, optimizes braking force and prevents unintentional throttle input during deceleration, ensuring stability and reduced braking distance. Additionally, Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) and Engine Drag Torque Control (MSR) provide enhanced riding safety in slippery conditions and during abrupt throttle reductions.
Seamless Connectivity and Navigation
The New BMW C 400 X features a 6.5-inch TFT display with excellent readability, integrated with the BMW Motorrad Connected app for enhanced control and convenience. The New BMW C 400 GT, equipped with the Connectivity Pro package, features a 10.25-inch TFT display with split-screen functionality and map navigation. Both models offer optional navigation preparation, allowing for seamless integration with the BMW Motorrad Connected Ride Navigator or Connected Ride Cradle.
Enhanced Storage, Comfort, and Design
Storage space has been significantly improved, with the New BMW C 400 X offering an additional 3 liters of under-seat storage, while the New BMW C 400 GT provides up to 12 liters, including front compartments. The New BMW C 400 GT also comes standard with a manually adjustable windshield, providing customizable wind protection for enhanced comfort during long rides.
For added practicality, both models feature a luggage grid and an optional 43.5-litre top case, which offers increased volume and a higher payload capacity. The new top case also features interior lighting and a USB charging port. Standard features for the New BMW C 400 X include keyless ride and Headlight Pro, while new original BMW Motorrad accessories such as body protectors and hand guards further enhance functionality and style.
The New BMW C 400 X is available in the striking “Rugged” model variant, featuring a bold Kalamata metallic matt body color, red and black seats, red rims, offroad-look tires, golden front brake calipers, and a heavily tinted windshield for a sporty appeal. The New BMW C 400 GT is offered in the elegant “Exclusive” variant, featuring a Diamond White metallic body color, golden rims, matching seat embroidery, floor lighting, golden front brake calipers, and a slightly tinted windshield.
