Secret Recipe, Malaysia’s largest homegrown lifestyle café chain, is launching its much-anticipated Ramadan menu. Building on the popularity of its Nasi Kerabu series, this year’s theme invites patrons to once again indulge in the timeless tradition of Jom Makan Nasi Kerabu Kegemaran Mira Filzah throughout Ramadan.
This year, the Nasi Kerabu series features a flavourful spread of dishes inspired by tradition yet elevated with a modern flair. For starters, customers can opt for Ayam Kunyit or select from the Kerabu series including Kerabu Udang, Kerabu Sotong or Kerabu Ayam, which comes with salads drizzled with tangy, spicy dressing, and topped with chopped peanuts. For main course selections, newly added to the menu are Nasi Kerabu Ayam Berempah and Nasi Kerabu Ikan Saba Kunyit featuring Secret Recipe’s signature blue pea-infused rice served with fragrant deep-fried herb-marinated chicken and deep-fried turmeric-seasoned mackerel that will have customers coming back for more. Back by popular demand, the Nasi Kerabu Ayam Percik will also be made available as main course selections.
The starters include Ayam Kunyit, Kerabu Udang / Sotong and Kerabu Ayam, and the main course include Nasi Kerabu Ayam Berempah, Nasi Kerabu Ayam Percik and Nasi Kerabu Ikan Saba Kunyit. Customers can choose between two set options: A set for two, offering one starter and two main courses at RM56.80; or a set for three, offering two starters and three main courses priced at RM80.80.
