OYO is planning to add 100 company serviced hotels in Malaysia to strengthen its premium properties portfolio
The network of company serviced hotels is expected to expand to more than 20 cities across India from 8 cities currently
Key cities include Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru and Ipoh
Hotels will be opened primarily under the Pallette, Townhouse, Collection O and Hotel O brands.
OYO has 25 company serviced hotels since they were launched in October 2024

Kuala Lumpur, 20 February 2025 – Global hospitality technology company OYO has announced that it plans to add 100 Company Serviced hotels in Malaysia in 2025. This highlights their higher revenue-generating potential, driven by standardized operations, superior service quality, and enhanced customer experience. OYO’s company serviced hotels are fully managed properties ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction through professional hotel operators. These hotels, tagged as ‘Company Serviced’ on OYO’s app and website, offer property owners fixed rentals and consistent returns

OYO’s mid premium and upper budget category brands – Townhouse, Townhouse Oak and Collection O and premium brands – Sunday and Palette will be added under this program As part of its expansion program, OYO plans to extend the footprint of company serviced hotels to more than 20 cities across Malaysia from 8 cities currently

OYO’s expansion in Malaysia is strategically focused on strengthening its presence across key cities to cater to the country’s dynamic business and tourism landscape. It includes cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Georgetown, Ipoh, Malacca, Johor Bahru and Kota Kinabalu
